Gordon began his career as a five year old child, shovelling snow for neighbours and soon realised he could hire other kids to assist him and built a lawn and house care business that he sold at 15 for a profit. The Bullard family operated KSM Corporation for close to 100 years, a custom metal fabrication and industrial contracting company with over 100 employees.

Upon the death of his father Gordon ran the company and successfully invented, designed and manufactured numerous metal products. As a result, passion for building and selling quality products came alive within him. During a vacation in Italy many years ago he met a couple at a wedding who invited him to tour their murano glass factory and love for lighting began.

Gordon sold all of his companies in 2004 and became a full time father, then one day his daughter went to the first grade and he found himself with a lot of free time. Debating the next chapter of life and trying to decide on what would be next, Gordon randomly read an article on the LED and the reinvention of the light bulb, and the rest is history.

Marina is able to manifest the qualities of a gentle soul, who is able to see all the beautiful moments around her; like picking a leaf off a maple tree that’s turning yellow.

Marina shows the resilience and courage of a person who, for the sake of a loved one, will travel to the ends of the earth, just for a minute, to embrace them in a loving hug.

Nataliia is a seasoned logistics and operations leader with over 7 years of experience managing shipping, customer support, and team coordination in high-paced international environments. Known for her brave spirit and calm approach to challenges, she leads with clarity, precision, and a deep commitment to client satisfaction.

Brent is a Michigan native that grew up in Southeast Michigan and later on moved to Kalamazoo County to pursue his education at Western Michigan University. He has spent his entire post graduation career working in sales.

In his spare time he loves to be outdoors boating, hiking, and snowboarding. He also has an extreme love for music and has played guitar most of his life. Brent is an outgoing person and holds his family, friends, and co workers very close to his heart.

Before joining the lighting industry, he worked in wine distribution, where he honed his communication skills and developed a strong eye for quality — two things he carries into every project today.

Nadiia Bobrova brings a rare blend of legal expertise and technical precision to the Installation Engineering Team. Nadia first joined the company in 2017 then took a pause for five years as a notary assistant, she developed a strong eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to perform under pressure — returning to the company with qualities that now serve her well in the dynamic world of on-site installations and technical coordination.

Her academic background is as diverse as her professional path: she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Military Hydrometeorology and a Master’s degree in Law. Fluent in Ukrainian, English, and German, Nadiia is known for her quick adaptability, structured thinking, and client-focused approach.

Ivanna Petryshyn is an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with over 12 years of hands-on expertise in the development of complex mechanical systems. She is highly skilled in 3D modeling, technical drawing, and structural optimization — always balancing precision with practical performance.

Ivanna holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, and has contributed to major engineering projects throughout her career. At PJSC Lvivgaz, she managed full-cycle mechanical design from concept to production, and at Zakhidenerhokontrol, she specialized in energy systems and efficiency improvements.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and KOMPAS, Ivanna is a detail-driven professional known for her collaborative mindset and calm, solution-oriented approach.

Outside of engineering, Ivanna finds joy in hiking the Carpathian Mountains, listening to Ukrainian group Klavdia Petrivna, and relaxing with her beloved cat. She loves a cozy home-cooked meal — especially deruny (Ukrainian potato pancakes) and a cup of hot coffee with milk. Her peaceful nature and deep focus are reflected in both her work and her lifestyle.

Maksym is a highly skilled engineer with over 12 years of experience in project development and technical solutions across the construction and engineering sectors. Since joining Gordon Bullard & Company in 2023, he has been contributing to a wide range of international projects with his precise, thoughtful, and hands-on approach.

He’s known for his calm, detail-oriented mindset and ability to find optimal solutions even in complex situations. Maksym brings a quiet confidence to every team he works with, and is always ready to support the project from first sketches to final implementation.

Originally from Odesa, Ukraine, he is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, and speaks English at an upper-intermediate level.

Daria Mia So-So B is part of the Accounting Department at Gordon Bullard & Co, where she plays a key role in managing office operations and supporting financial processes, including the accurate processing and deposit of checks. Known for her precision and organizational skills, Daria ensures the smooth execution of day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks.

Originally from Richland, Michigan, Daria is fluent in both English and another language, which enhances her ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams. With a lifelong passion for art and creative problem-solving, she brings a unique perspective to structured environments, blending creativity with meticulous attention to detail.

Currently pursuing her Associate of Arts degree in Graphic Design, Daria is expanding her knowledge in visual communication while gaining hands-on experience in finance and business operations. Her dedication to growth and versatility makes her a valuable member of the team.

Kindness, a vast imagination, and intuition – these are the qualities that make Daria the woman she is. These qualities are important for a graphic designer not only in their work, but in life as well.

Daria gained her knowledge for the Faculty of Information Technology at the Kharkiv Economic Research Center. In order to master new skills, Daria requires a lot of studying, so she participates in thematic workshops and courses.

She believes that it’s crucial to find mutual understanding with any client, in order to efficiently communicate. Having studied the field of psychology she is able to find that connection and understand the client. Daria has great problem solving skills, and to accomplish this her goals, implement strategies. Esotericism, psychology, design, and geopolitics are just some of the things she continues to study every day.

Kelcey is responsible for the financial health of our company. She holds authority over decisions regarding income, costs, payroll, investments, mergers, and acquisitions.

Kelcey Vandyke grew up in Hickory Corners, Michigan and graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelor’s degree. She has worked with Gordon Bullard and Company for over 10 years starting as an intern and working part time as a student. Kelceys’ first job was a wedding planner, but she found light industry far more calmer and rewarding versus brides and grooms. Kelcey used to work in the banking industry but always had returned to her roots with Gordon Bullard and Company.

Kelcey enjoys baking and operates a successful cupcake business from her home. In her free time she enjoys training large cats and has traveled all over the USA and the world to personally handle and train tigers, lions, and other large felines. Kelcey handles administration and accounting matters as well as special assignments for the company.

Tina keeps the numbers behind the light in balance. Drawing on years of running her own accounting practice- she oversees Gordon Bullard & Co’s books; making sure every decision is backed by clear and accurate information. She earned her Accounting degree from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University.

Outside of work, Tina calls the Pacific Northwest home. You’ll find her hiking with her dogs, mountain biking, or paddling whitewater in pristine places around the world. If there’s a wild river somewhere, it’s probably on her list.

Alexia is a Public Relations Specialist at Gordon Bullard & Company, where she plays an active role in shaping clear, authentic communication and building meaningful relationships between the brand and its audience. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing with a specialization in Customer Relationship Management.

Known for her optimism, adaptability, and eagerness to help, Alexia thrives in dynamic environments and is always open to new challenges and connections. Anatoly is the newest member of our team, bringing with him a diverse professional background and extensive experience in customer service, sales, and management.

With 16 years of experience in the HoReCa industry, he built his career from the ground up, progressing through various operational roles to become a Restaurant Manager, where his responsibilities also included the opening and launch of new restaurant locations.

He also brings 7 years of experience in the banking sector, working within Direct Sales Agency (DSA) operations and further developing his expertise in sales, customer relations, and business development.

In February 2026, Anatoly embarked on a new professional journey in the lighting industry, joining the team as Junior Inside Sales & Brand Manager for Bullard Bollards. His broad commercial experience, combined with his hands-on management background, provides him with a strong foundation for developing the brand and supporting customers and partners.

Originally from a small village on the banks of the Dniester River in the Republic of Moldova, Anatoly moved to Bucharest, Romania, in 2007 to pursue his university studies. He graduated from the POLITEHNICA University of Bucharest, Faculty of Engineering and Management of Technological Systems (IMST), with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Anatoly is fluent in Romanian, English, and Russian, enabling him to communicate effectively with customers and partners across different markets and cultures.

His career reflects a consistent progression through very different industries—from hospitality and banking to lighting—built on adaptability, customer focus, commercial experience, and a willingness to take on new challenges.

I am a 2D/3D Designer with over 4 years of experience in the advertising and visual communication industry. Throughout my career, I have contributed to a wide range of projects, from public design initiatives supporting the local community and the city where I was born, to advertising campaigns in collaboration with Korean companies, which required strong discipline, fast execution, and high aesthetic standards.

With a solid foundation in composition, color, lighting, and 3D modeling, I aim to deliver designs that are not only visually appealing but also aligned with communication goals and practical application. I work with a dedicated, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset, constantly learning, staying updated with design trends, and optimizing workflows to improve output quality.

Based in Vietnam with 10 years of professional experience, I specialize in crafting photorealistic 3D environments and high-end visualizations. I am passionate about precise lighting, realistic materials, and transforming complex concepts into stunning visual experiences.

My interest in architecture began long before I started my studies at UAUIM in Bucharest. As a teenager, I knew I wanted to create spaces for people, places that could make them feel welcome, curious, comfortable, or inspired. Growing up in a small town and later moving to Bucharest opened my world to new perspectives and opportunities. It also made me more aware of how deeply the spaces around us shape our experiences.

Over the past four years, I have worked across architecture, design, and related fields, developing an approach that brings together creative ideas and practical solutions. In my current role, I work on custom projects and support their development from the initial concept through to the details that bring them to life. I enjoy understanding what each space needs and finding a solution that feels considered and specific to the people who will use it.

Architectural lighting applications have become my specialty. My architectural background helps me look beyond the fixture itself and consider how light interacts with materials, proportions, and the people in a room. For me, lighting is a way to express what others feel when they enter a space. It can bring out detail, create a sense of warmth, or change the atmosphere entirely.

have spent my entire career in the lighting industry spanning back to 1999. This time has allowed me the opportunity to work across all sides of the industry. I began as a lighting contractor, selling and managing energy efficiency lighting projects across the United States. I then moved into lighting component sales helping lighting fixture manufacturers across the US, Canada and Mexico build their fixtures with high quality components. I then moved to IOT, developing the US sales and implementations network of IOT contractors selling ZigBee based wireless control systems into Fortune 1000 companies. A shift into AI based Energy Monitoring expanded my focus from lighting only, and grew my knowledge of the energy markets, and electrical industry.

I am an  entrepreneur at heart though. I’ve started and built three corporations spanning across  agencies,VARs, and turn-key contractors. Building, growing, nurturing and managing companies is extremely fulfilling to me, and it drives me to connect deeper into Bullard, our agents and our customers than a typical sales person would.

I have a great many passions, from Martial Arts, to weight lifting, cycling, and of course my family, which is my greatest accomplishment. I love my work, my hobbies and most of all I love my family!
